Conditions for returns and exchanges vary depending on the product. Due to food safety issue reasons, we don't accept Change of Mind Returns after delivery. Please contact us before post the products back to us if you are not sure the eligibility of your return items. For any undamaged product, simply return it with the same condition that you received it along with the original receipt within 3 days of the date you receive the product, and we will exchange it or offer a refund based upon the original payment method. In addition, please note the following: (i) Products can be returned only in the country in which they were originally purchased; and (ii) the following products are not eligible for return: [list of items].
