Cooking instructions

 

  1. Stir-fry ingredients with oil add water
  2. Once it boils, lower the heat, remove the lye, and simmer over low to medium heat until the ingredients are soft.
  3. Turn off the heat, add the roux and mix well.
  4. Again, cook over low heat until thickened.
