(Ingredients for 1 serving ~ 3 serving)

  • Eggplant: 5 pieces (approximately 350g)

  • Capsicium : 2 medium pieces  (approximately 60g)

  • Medium Spring Onion 1/2 (approximately 30g)

  • Optional carrot 1/4 medium carrot (40g)

 

Preparation

  • Cut the eggplant lengthwise into 6~8 equal pieces.
  • Cut the cupsicium lengthwise into 6~8 equal pieces.
  • Cut the spring onion diagonally.
  • Cut the carrots into strips.

 

Cooking Instruction

  1. Heat 3 tablespoons of oils in a frying pan and fry eggplant. Once the eggplant is browned , add the other vegetables and stir-fry further.
  2. Once the vegetables are cooked, turn off the heat, add the product and mix. Stop the heat.
  3. Turn on the heat again and stir-fry everything until done.
