Cooking Ingredients ( 1 Person Serve )

Pork Minced ~ 20g

Egg Noodle ~ 1 Ball

cabbage/bean sprouts ~ 100g

 

Seasoning

Marukome fresh miso liquid ~ 5 Tablespoons

Lard oils ~ 1 Tablespoon

Garlic (grated) ~ 1 Teaspoon

Ginger ( grated) ~ 1 Teaspoon

Water ~ 250ml

 

Cooking Instructions

  1. Roughly chop the cabbage and wash the bean sprouts.
  2. Heat (a) in a pot, and when it becomes fragrant, add pork minced and ① and stir-fry. When the vegetables are cooked, add 1 tablespoon of ``Liquid Miso Do/Miso Supervised Rich Miso'' and mix thoroughly, then take it out.
  3. Boil Egg noodles according to instructions. Add 4 tablespoons of liquid miso to the pot from step ②, heat until fragrant, then add the same amount of water and bring to a boil.
  4. Place the well-drained Chinese noodles in a bowl, pour the soup from ③ on top, and top with the ingredients from ②.
