Pork Minced ~ 20g

cabbage/bean sprouts ~ 100g

Cooking Instructions
- Roughly chop the cabbage and wash the bean sprouts.
- Heat (a) in a pot, and when it becomes fragrant, add pork minced and ① and stir-fry. When the vegetables are cooked, add 1 tablespoon of ``Liquid Miso Do/Miso Supervised Rich Miso'' and mix thoroughly, then take it out.
- Boil Egg noodles according to instructions. Add 4 tablespoons of liquid miso to the pot from step ②, heat until fragrant, then add the same amount of water and bring to a boil.
- Place the well-drained Chinese noodles in a bowl, pour the soup from ③ on top, and top with the ingredients from ②.
