How to make
 
Place the purinelle in a saucepan, add the milk, and heat over medium heat while stirring. Once it boils, reduce the heat to low and simmer for another 1 minute.
Add fresh cream to (1), mix, pour into a bowl, let cool slightly, then chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour to solidify.
If desired, dissolve 1 bag of powdered caramel syrup (included) in 1 tablespoon of water and pour over.
