Cooking instructions

  1. Heat the oil in pot and Stir-fry the thinly sliced ​​onions until golden brown, then add the meat and carrots cut into bite-sized pieces and stir-fry.
  2. Add water to the pot and once it boils, remove the scum, cover and simmer over low to medium heat for about 20 minutes.
