Seafood Mixed ~ 400g

Onion ~ large 2 pieces

Ebara Yokohama Curry Flakes ~ 180g

Water ~ 750ml

White Wine ~ Appropriate amount

Butter ~ 2 Table Spoon

Salad Oils ~ Appropriate amount

Japanese Rice ~ Appropriate amount

Parsley (chopped) ~ Appropriate amount

 

Cooking instructions

  1. Lightly fry the seafood mix in butter and drizzle with white wine.
  2. Heat the oil in pot and fry the chopped onions until golden brown.
  3. Add Yokohama Kyoraitei Curry Flakes and water, mix and simmer over low heat for about 10 minutes.
  4. Add (1) to finish, simmer on low heat for about 1 minute, and it's done.
  5. *Please sprinkle with parsley if you like.
