Ebara Yokohama Curry Flakes ~ 180g
Water ~ 750ml
White Wine ~ Appropriate amount
Butter ~ 2 Table Spoon
Salad Oils ~ Appropriate amount
Japanese Rice ~ Appropriate amount
Parsley (chopped) ~ Appropriate amount
Cooking instructions
- Lightly fry the seafood mix in butter and drizzle with white wine.
- Heat the oil in pot and fry the chopped onions until golden brown.
- Add Yokohama Kyoraitei Curry Flakes and water, mix and simmer over low heat for about 10 minutes.
- Add (1) to finish, simmer on low heat for about 1 minute, and it's done.
- *Please sprinkle with parsley if you like.
