How to cook
Remove the beef from the refrigerator about 30 minutes before grilling and let it come to room temperature. (outside hours)
- Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the beef for about 30 seconds on high heat and 1 to 2 minutes on low heat, then turn it over and fry it on high heat for about 30 seconds and then on low heat for 1 to 2 minutes until the desired degree of doneness.
