Ingredients 2~3 people

Chicken thigh ~ 1 large piece (about 300g)               

Ebara Teriyaki sauce ~ 60g (about 1/4 stick)

Salad oil ~ Appropriate amount



Lettuce, Tomato (sliced)


How to cook

  1. Remove excess fat from the chicken and prick the skin in several places with a fork.
  2. Heat oil in a frying pan, fry (1) from the skin side up, and when it is browned, turn it over and cook over low heat until the inside is cooked through.
  3. Wipe off excess fat with kitchen paper, add teriyaki sauce, stir fry, and serve.
  4. Please enjoy with garnishes of your preference.
