Ingredients 2~3 people

1 pack Thinly Sliced Pork Loin ~ (about 400g)              

Ebara Ginger Grilled Sauce Flour ~ 75g (approx. 1/3) 

Wheat Flour ~ suitable

 

Garnish

Frill lettuce, mini tomato ~ suitable

 

How to cook

  1. While keeping the pork in the tray container, sprinkle it lightly with flour,
  2. cover with plastic wrap, and press firmly to remove air.
  3. Turn the tray container from (1) upside down on the frying pan and place the pork on top.
  4. Sprinkle a thin layer of flour on the surface of the pork, then heat over medium-high heat.
  5. When it's golden brown, turn it over, cover, and steam-fry for about 3 minutesover medium-low heat.
  6. Wipe off the excess fat with kitchen paper, add the ginger sauce, stir fry, and it's done.
  7. Please enjoy with garnishes of your preference.
