Silken Tofu ~ 400g

Minced Pork ~ 80g

Spring Onion ~ 1/3 piece

Ebara Mabo Tofu Sauce ~ 110g

Salad oil ~ Appropriate amount

 

How to cook

  1. Drain the tofu and cut into 1.5cm cubes, and finely chop the green onions.

  2. Heat oil in a frying pan, stir-fry the minced meat, and once it's heated through, add the mapo tofu sauce and stir-fry further.
  3. Add tofu and green onions, stir-fry, and serve.
