How to cook
Drain the tofu and cut into 1.5cm cubes, and finely chop the green onions.
- Heat oil in a frying pan, stir-fry the minced meat, and once it's heated through, add the mapo tofu sauce and stir-fry further.
- Add tofu and green onions, stir-fry, and serve.
