Thinly Sliced Beef ~ (about 150g)
Brown Onion ~ 1/2 piece
Ebara Beef Sauce Base ~ 60ml
Water ~ 120ml
Sushi Rice ~ 2 bowls
Red Ginger, Shichimi Chilli Pepper ~ suitable
How to cook
- Cut the beef into bite-sized pieces and thinly slice the onion.
- Put beef bowl base, water, and onions in a pot and heat. Once the onions are soft, add the beef and bring to a simmer.
- Pour rice into a bowl, top with (2), and it's done.
- Please enjoy with pickled ginger or shichimi chili pepper if you like.
