Preparation Ingredients

300-400g pork belly, 1/4 cabbage (approx. 500g), 2 green onions, 200-250g bean sprouts, 20g dried wood ear mushrooms, 1 bag of tonkotsu hotpot mix.

 

Cooking Procedure

  1. Cut the pork belly into bite-sized pieces, and soak the dried wood ear mushrooms in water and cut them into small pieces.

  2. Shake the soup base evenly and pour it into the pot. When it boils, add the pork and continue to simmer.
  3. Once the soup base has come back to a boil, reduce the heat to medium, add the remaining ingredients, simmer over medium heat until cooked through, and enjoy.
