Preparation Ingredients
300-400g pork belly, 1/4 cabbage (approx. 500g), 2 green onions, 200-250g bean sprouts, 20g dried wood ear mushrooms, 1 bag of tonkotsu hotpot mix.
Cooking Procedure
Cut the pork belly into bite-sized pieces, and soak the dried wood ear mushrooms in water and cut them into small pieces.
- Shake the soup base evenly and pour it into the pot. When it boils, add the pork and continue to simmer.
Once the soup base has come back to a boil, reduce the heat to medium, add the remaining ingredients, simmer over medium heat until cooked through, and enjoy.
